Indications

Voltaren Emulgel is indicated in the treatment of acute painful (diclofenac-induced) non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID-induced) that are associated with an acute, non-fatal hypersensitivity reaction. Voltaren Emulgel contains the active ingredient diclofenac, which works to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. Voltaren Emulgel may be used for purposes not listed in Voltaren Emulgelwen (Bronx technology).

Dosage

The dosage of Voltaren Emulgel should be based on the individual’s medical condition and response to treatment. Adults and children from 1st year: 1. Monotherapy: apply Voltaren Emulgel on the skin once or twice a day for pain; 2. In combination with an anti-inflammatory (warfarin) or other therapy, apply Voltaren Emulgel twice a day for pain control. The combination therapy is usually continued for 3 days. I will be doing a week long post on my new Voltaren Emulgel. I have read about other options. The most popular is to use a patch (for non-arthritic joints) or gel to ease pain. The other options include a patch or gel that contains a pain killer (such as ibuprofen) and a topical cream. I’m happy to report that I’ve been using them for about 2 years. However, my joints are getting worse. I’ve been doing some work and the pain has been so bad I don’t even think about using them to relieve the pain. When I first started using them, I felt awful.
